Our Mission Our mission is to provide with dignity emergency food and social services to our atrisk neighbors in southern Rhode Island and the surrounding communities. RICAN Hours of Operation Food Pantry Wednesday 930 am 1130 am Drive Thru Only 530 pm 630 pm Drive Thru Only Thursday 930 am 1130 am In Store Shopping sign up required Friday 200 pm 300 pm Drive Thru Only Thrift Shoppe Hours Monday Saturday 1000 A.
