Monroe County Mayor Pro Tem Michelle Lincoln has been elected as Chair of the SFRPC. She will be joined by MiamiDade County Commissioner Senator Rene Garcia as First Vice Chair Governors Appointee from Broward County Cary Goldberg as Second Vice Chair Plantation Councilmember Denise Horland as Treasurer and Village of Key Biscayne Councilmember Frank H. Caplan as Secretary.
