We aim to provide an experience that creates girls ice hockey advocates for life. Playing ice hockey can be a great way for young girls to develop their physical fitness mental toughness and social skills. Playing hockey helps them discover who they are as individuals and helps them gain confidence in their decisionmaking and their own bodies.
