RIVER FUND was actualized in response to the ravages of those living with HIV AIDS. Today RIVER FUND stands in our response to the devastation of those living on the lines of POVERTY. Poverty is the intersection of multiple challenges in the life of families individuals and seniors which in combination become overwhelming.
