ABOUT US Photo Gallery history GCV started in 1997 as a homebased womens accountability group for the purpose of equipping women with biblical principles for continuous pursuit of a sincere commitment to Christ. The Ministry evolved to a new level beginning December 2004 when we left the confines of the home and purposefully connected with Sistas that were in transition from substance abuse and other life challenges.
