Nonprofit affordable housing development and services. CANDO is a nonprofit developer of and advocate for affordable housing for lowmoderate income individuals and families. We create housing for families at or below 50 AMI that would not otherwise exist in Newton by acting as a manager lessoror owner of these units. We make available and connect support services to low income tenants which we believe to be essential to many low income families in attaining and retaining housing stability while they work to achieve economic selfsufficiency.
