Provide medical services to the rural communities including home health care, safe drinking water, malaria control and HIV/Aids prevention and treatment. Educational opportunities for the disadvantaged including a secondary education and/or vocational training and family planning (especially for orphans who have lost one or both parents to HIV/Aids). Public improvement of local infrastructures that will support job opportunities within the communities and encouraage self-sufficiency.
