PROMOTE BICYCLING AS AN EVERYDAY LIFESTYLE CHOICE IN THE TRUCKEE MEADOWS THROUGH BICYCLE MAINTENANCE, EDUCATION, AND PROMOTION OF BICYCLING EVENTS.
