Refugee Resources OUR MISSION Transforming Lives One Child at a Time For over a decade we have worked with refugees from dozens of nations to provide literacy training support and friendship through their transition into a new life in Dallas. Reading Circle is a program that serves refugee students through developing literacy skills and cultivating mentor relationships in order to share the love of Jesus. The Reading Circle is structured to provide our students with individualized instruction from a consistent weekly mentorliteracy coach. Students are informally assessed by hisher mentor and shared with the student as they progress through the decodable books oral fluency and leveled readers.
