This is Memorial weekend! Tomorrow (Saturday 24th) we will be at Kwik Trip on Shawano Ave on Green Bay, WI's West side starting at 10AM. We will be handing our free $2 Bills and small American flags to as many as we can while supplies last. We call it P.A.C.K. (Planned Acts of Christian Kindness). The Connect Card we share lets the recipients know that these gifts are from Jesus through the Holy Spirit. A reminder of His love, a little taste of His grace, and some proof that the things of God never happen by chance and His timing is always perfect! He proves this time and time again through timing & testimonies. I am sure tomorrow will be no different. The $2 Bill is to ease a little bit of the burden of high gas prices, the flags a reminder of the wonderful freedoms we celebrate and remembering those who served and are serving to maintain them. The Card reminds us all of the one who's word guides us, loves us, and never leaves our side. Come and feel this love or come and help share this love with all others. Mother's Day is May 11th. Don't miss this easy opportunity to share Jesus and a church invite with the everyday people of your community. I am turning 70 at the end of this month and you can see two young gentlemen from our school behind me in the photo. We all find P.A.C.K. (Planned Acts of Christian Kindness) Outreach easy and fun to do! The focus may be on moms, but it is also a great way to show Christ's love to everyone! You don't have to work very hard at handing people a FREE beautiful rose and tell them to have a blessed Mother's Day. The Connect Card you share declares Jesus as the true host and, in accepting nothing in return, they also experience a little taste of His grace! On the back is your church/school info & invite. Sowing the seeds of the Spirit through loving kindness. I just called our local Metro Market and ordered $250 worth of roses for Saturday May 10th for our 11AM event, that will be held there, (Lombardi Access Rd Green Bay, WI. USA). If you have any Thrivent Insurance policy holders, they may qualify for two $250 gift cards per year in their "Action Team Program". I will bring one of these cards to pay for the roses, so the cost of this outreach event is a few dollars to have our cards printed up!
