Incorporated in 1919, the NPOA is the collective voice of the Neponsit community. It is an effective way of preserving the character of Neponsit and maintaining the grassy malls that distinguish many of the streets including cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping of the local beach and other community areas.

Neponsit Property Owners Association The Neponsit Property Owners Associations mission since our inception on September 8 1919 has always been to keep Neponsit safe clean and beautiful. We as volunteers work diligently towards a peaceful coexistence with our neighbors on the peninsula we keep watch for quality of life issues and try to help solve the problems of our residents. By routinely communicating with our local Police Department and our elected officials we can keep you up to date on any current situation or concerns for our community. The NPOA encourages everyone to take an active role in our community.
