L’Arche Boston North serves adults with disabilities through homes in which people with and without disabilities share life together. Caregivers provide physical, social, and spiritual supports, and receive an education in vulnerability, belonging, and celebration that transforms a human service into a relationship based on trust, respect, and deep understanding. L’Arche changes the world by illuminating the beauty of each person—with or without a disability. Our mission is to create homes where the gifts of people with developmental disabilities are revealed through mutually transforming relationships; to embrace diverse cultures working together to build a more human society; and to respond to the changing needs of our members throughout a lifetime of adult care.
