New Jersey Scholars Program Like The New Jersey Scholars Program is atuitionfree fiveweek summerprogram for rising seniors of any high school in New Jersey and who claim residency in the state. The mission of the New Jersey Scholars Program is To provide New Jerseys rising high school seniors of extraordinary demonstrated academic potential with a free ungraded diverse inclusive and residential interdisciplinary learning environment that sharpens critical thinking writing and research skills stimulates a desire for lifelong learning and fosters lasting interpersonal connections. Applications are not available online. Each school is permitted to submit up to two applications and the process is coordinated by the School Counselor or Nominating Official.
