THE AUTHORITY HAS THE POWER OF ACCOMPLISH ANY OR ALL THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE EIGHTEEN OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.

We currently manage over 3000 units and more than 100 buildings. We also administer Onondaga Countys Rental Assistance Program Section 8 which serves over 1200 households.
