Tickets available here: https://bit.ly/3SkZflR Composer Spotlight ✨ @madirobbie Madison Anglin is a media composer who likes to stem from textural and rich harmonic palettes. A high spirited creator and classically trained pianist, Madison enjoys the art of collaboration and has a dedication to storytelling through music. She is an alumnus of the Television Academy Foundation Music Internship and apprenticed under Emmy winning composer, Jeff Russo who’s credits include Fargo, The Umbrella Academy, and Star Trek: Discovery. Leading up to her internship, she was selected for the prestigious Television Academy Foundation Bob Bennett Future Leaders Program. She is one of only 10 college students selected, among the Foundation’s 2023 summer interns, for the scholarship. She was also selected to volunteer during the 2024 Primetime Emmys Giving Suite. Since completing her internship, Madison has ventured into the conducting and concert world having recorded and conducted her own music at Warner Bros. Eastwood Scoring Stage with the Hollywood Studio Symphony as part of the Los Angeles Film Conducting Intensive. She has also been selected as the Chromatic Brass Collective’s first New Works Consortium composer. She was commissioned to write a brass quintet with backing track accompaniment. The work will premiere at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Her previous scoring work ranges from animation and live theater to investigative documentaries. Madison’s collaborations have screened at DOC NYC Festival, The American Black Film Festival and The Atlanta Film Festival. A recent accomplishment includes co-scoring Interrogated, an investigative documentary was shortlisted for a Student Yugo BAFTA in 2023. TikTok Challenged, a comedy short that she scored, has screened in more than 15 film festivals across the United States. Madison has earned her Master’s degree in Screen Scoring from New York University and her Bachelor’s degree in composition from Belmont University in Nashville TN. (fb)
