The New York State Educational Media Technology Association NYS EMTA is an organization comprised of New York State educators with mediatechnology responsibilities within a BOCES media program or a nonpublic regional media center. Our corporate partners are representatives of commercial firms in the fields of educational media and technology and are considered full members.
