🌲 2pm Today! Bundle up and join us for a family-friendly walk in Nolte Forest. 🌲 Yes, it’s a little chilly, but don’t let the cold stop you—it’s a beautiful day to explore! Vicki Gifford will lead us on a slower-paced walk through the tall tree forest, perfect for all ages (and well-behaved dogs on a leash too). 🐾 Kids will love discovering a hidden stone chimney in the forest! 🏰✨ 🗓 Sunday Mar 2 🕒 Time: 2pm 📍Meet at the trailhead between 7 and 17 Audubon Road for a nice relaxed stroll through the woods This walk is part of our monthly trail series, happening the first Sunday of each month. 🌿 Join Save Weston Wildlife for a Community Forum: Rescue MetroWest Wildlife from Rodenticides 🌿 🗓 Monday, March 10 🕖 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm 📍 In-person at the Lincoln Public School Learning Commons, Ballfield Rd, Lincoln, MA, or Join via Zoom! Raptors, coyotes, and other predators balance Massachusetts’ ecosystems. But shocking numbers of these iconic creatures have been sickened and killed after eating poisoned rodents. Mass Audubon’s Rescue Raptors program is working to reduce the use of these poisons, and wildlife advocates in MetroWest have come together to create local campaign teams. 🌳 This forum is a chance to: 🔍 Learn how rodent poisons harm wildlife 💡 Hear plans for reducing poison use in Lincoln, Concord, Sudbury, Wayland, and Weston 🌱 Get involved in protecting our local ecosystem Let’s come together and make a difference for our wildlife! 🦅 👉 RSVP now to join us in person or via Zoom!
