The Somerset County Federated Library System, Inc. (SCFLS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for Somerset County Federated Library System Inc. (SCFLS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to coordinate the efforts of participating public libraries for collections and reference materials and provide library services for Somerset County, Pennsylvania residents in a cooperative fashion. Participating libraries include Somerset County Library and its Conemaugh Township Library branch, Meyersdale Public Library and Windber Public Library.
