MAGNOLIA WEST HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTER CLUB
The purpose of the Magnolia West High School Band Booster Club is the promotion and enhancement of the Magnolia West High School Band program. Subject promotion and enhancement would be the provision of support for special activities or events not normally provided by the Magnolia Independent School District. This support shall not be in conflict with the UIL Constitution and/or the policies of the Magnolia Independent School District.MWHSBBC shall be a non-profit, non-political and non-partisan organization. MWHSBBC is a civic and not a political organization, and no action shall be taken either for or against any candidate or public official.No part of the net earnings of MWHSBBC shall inure to the benefit of or be distributable to its members, officers, or other private parties except that MWHSBBC shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make distributions in furtherance of the purpose set forth in Article III, Section 1.
