REDEC Business Lending REDECRRC is Committed to Promoting Business and Economic Vitality REDECRRC is the Southern Tiers primary revolving loan fund providing financial and technical assistance for startup and expanding businesses located in Chemung Schuyler Steuben and Tioga Counties. REDECRRC is an important and vital contributor to the economic health of our region by participating in projects that will have a positive impact on employment and broaden our communities tax base. We have developed strong working relationships with the private financial institutions economic development organizations counties and chambers of commerce. Equally important are the dedicated volunteer board of directors and the local business community.
