Neighborhood Land Power Project Urban Tree Connection is now the Neighborhood Land Power Project Who We Are Neighborhood Land Power Project NLPP is a 501c3 communitybased organization and our mission is to build a neighborhoodrooted food and land system through community leadership development and landbased strategies in West Philadelphia. Over the last two decades we have partnered with residents of West Philadelphias Haddington neighborhood to develop and sustain communitydriven greening and gardening projects. Our network of garden and farm sites are spaces for communal growing gathering and education that foster deep community engagement and leadership development of residents of all ages to build a healthy sustainable community. Featured Events Volunteer Neighborhood Land Power Project is a grassroots organization and we rely on the partnership of community volunteers to make our work possible.
