The Audrey Miller Poritzky Education Fund for Children The AMP Education Fund for Children 15 years of results The Audrey Miller Poritzky Education Fund for Children was created in 2005 at the specific request of Audrey who believed that education was the key to success and wanted to use her memory to help make it possible for seniors in high school to attend college. During the 15 years of the AMP Funds active operations we provided initial college stipends to 38 students along with 37 additional grants to help ensure a successful journey to graduation. The AMP Fund is proud of all our awardees notably our 21 college graduates three Masters Degree recipients and one student who is now in medical school. The Fund also sponsored and coorganized five annual Youth Speak Out conferences and 10 College Application Essay Workshop nights working alongside partners Childrens Aid Society Manhattan JCC Bloomberg LP and others.
