ITS AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES INCLUDE OPERATING AN ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM, ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, AND ENHANCED ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY FOR ELDERLY ADULTS AS LICENSED BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND AN INDEPENDENT HOUSING FACILITY FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
