Community Initiatives Development Projects Rendering by DHK Architects The Main South CDC is a nonprofit development agency serving the Main South neighborhood of Worcester MA. The CDC has developed hundreds of affordable housing units and been instrumental in the areas economic and physical revitalization. Operating out of the Main south area of Worcester Massachusetts the Main South CDC evolved as a result of neighborhood residents concerns about the evident decline in the neighborhood and the increasing shortage of affordable housing.
