What We Do Three Core Projects Servant Hearts is responsive to the needs and interests of the community we serve. Our three core projects are Wisdom ProjectCreating community for elder LGBT people and allies in the greater Sacramento area that supports physical and mental well being community outreach selfsufficiency and spirituality through programs and resources.
