Last week, PRTS hosted our first-ever Mentorship Summit—a vital step in our ongoing pursuit to equip students through biblical, Reformed, experiential, and practical training. As we explore Competency-Based Theological Education (CBTE) and Church-Embedded Education, this summit brought together experienced pastors, mentors, and ministry leaders to help shape a model of holistic pastoral preparation—engaging the head, heart, and hands. We’re grateful for the insight shared and relationships built as we seek to strengthen our mentorship program and deepen collaboration between churches and the seminary.
