Our Executive Director Sandra Lobo and BXEDC's Marshall Strawbridge sat down with Gary Axelbank of BronxTalk to discuss our partnership to create the Bronx's first federally-certified Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, building on years of work by community, labor, and faith groups of the Bronx-wide Coalition. "If you don't plan, then someone else is planning for you," said Sandra. "What's really special about the work we're doing with the BXEDC is the framework which we apply to do this long-term economic development strategy.
