In Choro Novo - Home Who We Are In Choro Novo is a 2025 member mixedvoice chorus based in the Boston area. Since its founding in 1994 the group has delighted audiences with its diverse repertoire and polished performances. Dedicated to singing all genres of choral compositions a typical concert presents a spirited mix of a cappella and accompanied pieces that range from madrigals to jazz classical masterpieces to spirituals and contemporary pop arrangements to Broadway favorites. Made up of accomplished nonprofessional singers from the Boston area In Choro Novo presents its major concerts in Boston Universitys beautiful Marsh Chapel.
