Umbrella of the Capital District Over 25 Years of Helping Seniors and People with Disabilities Maintain their Homes and Independence Umbrella of the Capital District now serves over 500 homes in Albany Schenectady Saratoga and Rensselaer counties in upstate New York. Umbrella is a membership organization. For an annual fee Umbrella members have access to a screened skilled group of handy persons who provide a variety of services including home repairs housekeeping lawn and gardening and shopping. Maintain Your Home so You Can Stay in it We can help you take care of your homeboth inside and out with housekeeping regular maintenance lawn care and more.
