What we do NIA Community Service Networks mission to strengthen and empower children families and communities through comprehensive programming and vital human services is evidenced through our vital work that directly supports and enriches lives every day in New York City. NIA has developed important partnerships and programs that are designed to help improve the quality of life for all youth families and seniors. Each year we serve over 15000 children and their families through after school programs two Beacon Community Centers summer day camps cultural arts programming youth and family counseling services parent education workshops community assistance and events and referral services. We also serve thousands of senior citizens through our senior picnics senior proms health and nutrition initiatives and support programs.
