Virtual Test Date TBA Autumn Harvest Open Theater on Ice History Mission Bolton Figure Skating Club was founded in February 1968 and originally named Storrs FSC based on its use of ice at the University of Connecticut in Storrs CT. The Storrs Club was moved to Bolton in October 1985 and renamed Bolton FSC. Bolton FSC operates solely out of Bolton Ice Palace in Bolton CT.
