CONNECTING WITH FAMILIES WITH DOWN SYNDROME FAMILY MEMBERS IN ORDER TO GIVE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, FOSTER FRIENDSHIPS, PROVIDE INFORMATION, AND BRING AWARENESS TO THE COMMUNITY WITH THE GOAL OF CREATING A FULLY INCLSUSIVE COMMUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DOWN SYNDROME AND THEIR FAMILIES.
