PHILADELPHIA HUNE INC
Hispanos Unidos para Niños Excepcionales (HUNE) empowers parents of exceptional children and youth with disabilites to obtain a free and appropriate quality education for the children/youth and other children with disabilities. HUNE provides training programs on all aspects of Special Education and Support, including Transition Services. In addendum, HUNE provides training, supports and limited individual assistance for parents of exceptional children. HUNE is a federally funded parent center, and HUNE contracts with the PA Department of Education to provide an after school & summer program for youth 14-21 years of age; Deaf-Blind Project; Hispanic Outreach Program and Families to the Max.
