MFAP is a nonprofit organization based in Norwalk, CT. We provide help to people with HIV/AIDS, Hep C, homeless & with substance abuse issues. TO ACT AS A DIRECT AND INDIRECT SERVICE PROVIDER AND ADVOCATE FOR ALL THOSE AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS; TO ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE BY DEVELOPING AND FOSTERING THE NECESSARY RESOURCES TO ATTAIN THIS GOAL. TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF HIV DISEASE THROUGH EDUCATION AND PROVEN PREVENTION METHODOLOGY. THIS INCLUDES: DRUG TREATMENT, CONDOM DISTRIBUTION, TESTING, DISTRIBUTION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL, WEB SITE, INTERACTION AND HOT LINE.
