LOCHLAND SCHOOL'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (IDD) WITH A RANGE OF SERVICES BASED ON ASSESSMENT OF INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, CAPABILITIES, AND INTERESTS. LOCHLAND SCHOOL WILL CONTINUE THIS COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM AS RESIDENTS PROGRESS INTO OLD AGE. LOCHLAND SCHOOL WILL BE, WITH FORESIGHT AND IMAGINATION, AN ASSET TO THE FINGER LAKES REGION.
