Legacy Foundation for the Arts Believing in the importance of the arts and arts education Legacy Foundation for the Arts Inc. provides enrichment education and outreach programs for the public as well as support and encouragement for those pursuing advancement in the arts. Since 2003 Legacy Foundation for the Arts has been committed to young artists in the Kansas City Area. Fast Facts Over 200 students have received scholarships from Legacy Foundation for the Arts Over 160000 in aid has been given to scholarship recipients.
