Congratulations to the Oxford U12 Girls Travel team for winning their CFC Hamden Indoor Winter Soccer League. After wiping off the dust from the fall break & loosing their first game to Watertown, the girls went on to win 7 straight games to finish 7-1. They got their revenge and beat Watertown twice later in the season. The girls have created inspiring chemistry over the years together and with consistent passing, aggressive attacking (56 goals total) and tenacious defense/goal keeping(only 19 goals against), they finished to win it all. Great job by Claire, Maya & Aubree in goal. Today the girls beat Amity, 7-3 with goals by Gerta (2), Nora A (2), Aria, Grace & Claire. . Great winter season and CONGRATULATIONS!!
