THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE FORM 990 FILING IS TO REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH IRS REGULATIONS UP TO THE DATE THAT THE ORGANIZATION IS DISSOLVED WITH THE NEW YORK STATE CHARITIES BUREAU.
