Proctor Free Library Proctor Free Library Summer Reading Programs A BigSuccess. The ALA Summer Reading Program monikered Make A Splash was a big success this July. Our reading programming was highlighted by performances by Taradiddle magician Tom Joyce the RHS Theater troup and musician Heidi Brown who were enjoyed by more than 135 young readers and their families visiting the library to sample our summer fare with many folks registering to particapte as Child Readers and as Parents As Reading Partners. Also for our growing PreK crowd the popular Story Time with Margery and Willam will resume after Labor Day on Wednesday mornings at 930 am.
