CONTRACTED BY NYS DEPT OF HEALTH TO IMPROVE MEDICAL CONTROLS, INSTITUTE QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS, PERFORM COUNCIL TASKS AND GENERATE IMPROVEMENTS TO CARE REPORTING SYSTEMS.
