Downtown Acworth's private school for dyslexic learners, grades 1-12. Our mission, at Brookwood Christian School, is to encourage exceptional students enrolled in first through twelfth grades to work to their very best abilities to achieve their full potential in a low stress environment. We nurture individual learning styles for our students with various individual or multiple learning disorders such as dyslexia, reading & language processing disorders, auditory processing disorders, and other specific learning disabilities; while remediating specific deficits and gaps in previous instruction. We strive to provide an environment in which our students can adjust to a normal competitive classroom situation and to help them qualify for future post secondary education and independent living.
