The Dead River Area Historical Society's mission is to preserve and exhibit artifacts and memorabilia from, and promote interest in the history of Flagstaff, Dead River Plantation, Coplin Plantation and Eustis/Stratton, Maine and to make it readily available to anyone doing research or projects concerning this area. And to keep the museum building which is over 100 years old in good order and repair.
