DECLARATIONS INC
Declarations was founded for the purpose of providing recovery and rehabilitiation services to those with the dual diagnosis of mental illness and developmental disabilitites. To provide and operate on a not-for-profit basis, programs that are dedicated to the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals in need, which will provide material, educational and emotional support to such individuals; To advocate for the rights of self reliance, personal dignity, and independence for all individuals with disabilities; To advance the understanding that even those with the most severe disability can lead a productive and joyful life.
