Raven Landing Senior Community Raven Landing Senior Community Set in beautiful downtown Fairbanks this dynamic residence for seniors delivers diversity security healthy living independence and mutual assistance as core values and offers a vibrant community center for Fairbanks area events and senior activities. Apartments Rates Raven Landing Senior Community provides housing for seniors age 55 and older. The campus is located near the center of Fairbanks on six acres across from Noel Wien Library. There are 95 studio onebedroom and twobedroom apartments in four buildings all of which are connected by heated corridors to each other and to the Raven Landing Center.
