Open daily from 10AM - 4PM and housed in the 1850 Syracuse Weighlock Building. Erie Canal Museum
#TBT to when Greenway's Brewery sat next to the Erie Canal in Syracuse. Brothers John and George Greenway opened their brewery in 1853. The brewery was so successful that in 1864 it was able to expand into the iconic canalside facility many are familiar with, a city block long, seven stories high, and with a stately French style roof.
