RI Assisted Living Association (RIALA) represents RI's assisted living industry and the growing population it serves through education, training and advocacy Rhode Island Assisted Living Association's (RIALA) mission is to represent the interests of assisted TO REPRESENT THE INTERESTS OF THE ASSISTED LIVING INDUSTRY IN RHODE ISLAND, INCLUDING THE RESIDENTS, FAMILIES, OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, ADMINISTRATORS, STAFF, AND SUPPLIERS OF SERVICES, AND TO ADVOCATE FOR THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.

Our Strength is in Membership The Rhode Island Assisted Living Association RIALA is a statewide nonprofit organization founded in 2000 dedicated to supporting assisted living communities and professionals. Our mission is to champion choice dignity independence and quality of life for seniors. We are committed to elevating the standards of the assisted living industry through education training professional standards publications networking career development and other valuable resources. In 2019 RIALA established the RIALA Senior Living Institute an affiliated organization with the goal of promoting healthy aging improving care for older adults and advancing the assisted living sector.
