1. To award to deserving and needy students of the graduating classes of the High School of Art & Design in the City of New York. Scholarships or grants in aid to further their education at any accredited college or university. 2. To maintain the relationship of alumni to the school and each other through social , academic or other events. 3. To offer advice , counsel and information to the undergraduate body about matters of interest to such students relative to their present studies or future careers. 4. To raise funds by subscription, Dues, Contributions, and otherwise to provide funds to those activities which result in the furtherance of items 1 through 3 above.
