The Mission of Saco Main Street is to make Saco, Maine a great place to live and work by enhancing the vitality of our downtown. Under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors, Saco Main Street utilizes an innovative 4-point approach to revitalization. The approach focuses on promotions and marketing, design and preservation, economic development, and volunteer organization to revitalize and improve our already beautiful city. Saco Main Street’s events, downtown decorations, and revitalization efforts are made possible in part through your generous support. Saco Main Street is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and was designated as a Main Street Maine Community by the Maine Downtown Center. The National Main Street Center is a program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation
