The Mission of the Sarah Friend Heart Foundation is, first and foremost, to make sure that 12-year old Sarah Friend is never forgotten. Because of Sarah, we are committed to building public awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) in kids and the need for automatic external defibrillators (AED) in all schools and public places.
