Community Engagement Bike Utahs Community Engagement program provides Utahs communities with essential cycling resources infrastructure and advocacy tools to create a safer more inclusive environment for all riders. Planning Bike Utahs Planning program works with government community and transportation organizations to advocate for plan and implement infrastructure that is safe and comfortable for all roadway users.
